- Monday 6:30 – 7:15 pm
- Tuesday 6:30 – 7:15 pm
- Wednesday 5:00 – 5:45 pm / 7:15 – 8:00 pm
- Thursday 5:45 – 6:30 pm
- Saturday 10:00 – 10:45 am
- Sunday 10:00 – 10:45 am
